Who actually does the repair?
All repairs are completed by local independent tailors and dry cleaners with proven expertise. Right now, we are in trial phase with just 1 shop in Ealing.
Do I need to drop off my item, or can you collect it?
Right now, as we are still in trial phase, you'll have to drop off in person. Let us know if you'd be interested in delivery and we'll try and get it built in.
How much will my repair cost?
Prices depend on the type of repair. You’ll see a clear estimate before you confirm the booking, and you’ll never be charged without approving the price first.
What if the shop needs to change the price?
If the tailor finds something unexpected, they’ll send you a quick message with a revised quote. Work only starts once you approve it, so there are no surprises.
What if I’m not happy with the repair?
If something feels off, let us know within 7 days. We’ll work with the shop to fix the issue at no extra cost whenever possible.
